How to Design a Car Show Flyer
- 1). Brainstorm ideas of how you might like your car show flyer to look. If desired, use a pencil to sketch these ideas out on a piece of paper.
- 2). Select a main focus for your car show flyer. This could be a photograph of one of the vehicles in the car show, or a discount you are giving on the admission price. Consider how this focal point looks in terms of size and positioning. Center your chosen photograph, or type your offer in large, bold text in the upper middle of the page.
- 3). Situate additional information, such as the date, location and time of the car show, beneath the focal point you created in Step 2. Avoid using multiple typefaces on the same flyer; if you must choose a different font for this information, select one that looks relatively similar.
- 4). Insert a photograph or graphic to grab the public's attention, if you have not chosen one as the center of attention for your flyer. This photograph or graphic should be both relevant and eye-catching.
- 5). Keep it simple and organized. Avoid crowding your flyer with words and images, which will confuse and distract potential car show visitors. Instead, organize it using basic borders and complementary colors.
- 6). Save, print and distribute your flyers.
