How to Make a Skinnier Skinny Girl Margarita

    • 1). To make two servings of the Skinnier SkinnyGirl Margarita, (you can't drink alone!) combine 3 ounces of tequila, 1 ounce of triple sec or Contreau and 2 tablespoons of fresh lime juice.

    • 2). Put ice into a shaker or pitcher and pour the tequila mixture over the ice. Shake or stir until chilled.

      Or if you like your margaritas slushy, put a cup of ice in the blender along with the tequila mix and blend until the ice is finely chopped.

    • 3). Prepare two chilled margarita glasses (Drop them into the freezer for 10 minutes before using them.) by rubbing a cut lime around the rim. Then while the glasses are still wet with lime, dip the rims into a plate of sugar until they are coated.

    • 4). Pour your Skinnier Skinny Girl Margarita into the sugar coated glasses and top it off with a slice of lime. Enjoy your guilt free margarita with a friend and pretend you are one of the Real Housewives of New York, or have both of them yourself. At 158 calories each, you can afford a second drink!
