2 to 3 pounds boneless country style pork ribs or chops
1 small can (6 ounces) frozen apple juice concentrate
3 tablespoons brown sugar
3 tablespoons vinegar
1 cup baby carrots
1 large onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 teaspoon garlic powder
