This May be the Key to Overcoming Excessive Sweating
For the purpose of this article we will discuss the challenges relative to excessive sweating and possible ways to overcome it.
Firstly if you are an individual who suffers from excessive sweating then my heart goes out to you.
I myself suffered from a mild case of profuse sweating and I have to admit it really made me feel bad in certain situations.
The biggest fear of course was body odor.
Also for me it seemed to happen at the worse times or so it seemed at least, since the fear of embarrassment brings on a powerful emotional experience.
I would start my day and low and behold I would start to sweat.
My preference if I had to sweat at all would be to do so at the end of the day, so as not to have to deal with it throughout the entire day.
I am glad to report that I have managed to overcome this issue, that is very nice for me but of course not for you.
My first objective relative to this problem was to observe what I was doing on a daily basis.
I almost, in my mind, created a crime scene, where I had to record and go through every piece of evidence to find out how this horrid event took place.
I had to objectively piece together all the evidence in the pursuit of a pattern and motive.
I wanted to see if there were common denominators relative to a profuse sweating episode.
So I kept careful notes, I would record what I eat and drink and my state of mind.
Here is what I found.
Anxiety for me played a major role, and drinking caffeine contributed to this issue.
However after realizing this I still would have some excessive sweating episodes and what I found this time was the question of diet.
At that time I did not know what or if my diet played a role so I started to make singular changes and noted the results.
I started to eat far more fruit and fresh food.
In the morning warm water with lemon and a variety of fruit.
I really cut down on processed food and sugar.
I replaced sugar with honey for my cereal or oats in the morning.
I started to exercise, and take time out for a walk.
My lord the changes were significant.
When you look at it this way, our bodies come under stress for a multitude of reasons, and a poor diet can be one of them.
When you step back and look at it, you realize your body is a living thing, if you for example continued to put dirty oil and gas into your car, how do you think it would perform? The engine would come under stress.
You see the key to health is balance, when there is no balance something will begin to fail due to the excess strain on one end.
In summary, I wish with all my heart that you find the solution to your problem and I hope my little insights here will be of some value.
I know it is difficult to take notes and so on, but trust me we all accept the importance of education, and education should fundamentally begin with you and how you live.
