Are There Alternative Treatments For Your Diabetes?

There are unexpected treatments for diabetes in our society today.
It used to be that a diabetic at one time could never have sugar, but now we know that it is possible for a diabetic to have sugar in a limited amount.
There are some other treatments that have been unknown until now.
For instance, oolong tea, is a tea that is partially fermented during processing which can actually lower your blood glucose level.
Green tea is not fermented at all, but black tea is fully fermented.
Chromium has been publized as helping in diabetes control, and it is helpful, but there is actually no scientific data to report any particular diabetic management recommendation.
Vanadium has some studies to indicate that it might help to increase insulin sensitivity, but yet again science is unclear on that at this time as far as making it a recommendation.
As far as weight loss products for the diabetes there are certain products that are claiming to be helpful such as germander, pyruvate and even camsogia carcinia, but again nothing is proven.
Before using any herbal products consult with your physician so he is aware of the use and he might be able to guide you on the side effects and dosage.
There are plant foods such as okra, brewer's yeast, buckwheat, peas, sage and broccoli that are full of fiber and nutrients and are especially helpful in controlling blood sugar.
Add these to your diet.
Nothing at this time beats the diabetic diet to reduce the weight and get the blood sugar under control.
Consider the oolong tea and add the vegetables and grains to your diet for added fiber.
