Scooby Doo Party - Top Five Ideas For A Successful Party

Is your child wanting a Scooby Doo Party for their next birthday? If the answer is yes, don't immediately reply no to their request. You could act like you don't know who Scooby Doo is. Your child will no doubt be very disappointed is you ignore their request and besides, organizing a Scooby Doo party is not that difficult.

Below are five ideas for a great Scooby Doo party:

1. Buy Lots of Party Supplies. One of the best ways to really get the party started are by using brilliant Scooby Doo party supplies. With the use of the www (Internet) you can now have everything delivered for your convenience, straight to your door after you have comfortably and easily chosen everything for your party from you favourite arm chair.

You can purchase birthday favors (think of Scooby Doo cupcakes), food utensils, balloons, streamers, and a whole lot more. You could even have a cake made in the shape of your favourite K9 friend.

2. Play Dress Up. Scooby Doo is part of a gang, including his loyal owner Shaggy. You can ask all your guests to dress up as their favourite character. Or you could pre-assign characters in order to ensure that everyone does not turn up as Scooby Doo.

Since everyone is dressed as the cast you could get them to act out a favourite scene from one of their favourite episodes.

3. Anyone for a Marathon. Are you a bit strapped for cash at the moment or is your venue on the small side? A movie marathon is a great way to still keep the theme going, doesn't cost a lot as you can hire the DVD's and does not involve a huge amount of space (well unless you involve a lot of guests).

You have a huge choice to pick from as there are lots of movies and endless cartoons for you to choose from. You don;t have to worry about being too selective. As long as Scooby Doo is present the kids will no doubt be happy.

4. Have Scooby Doo Drop By. Contact your nearest mascot supplier and request Scooby Doo to visit your house on your kid's birthday. Some of them can bring along more treats for everyone to share, or the mascot can perform a special number for your child.

5. Make a Photo Wall. I can't think of a better way to ensure your child really remembers their Scooby Doo party than starting a photo wall. You could let your guests get their picture taken with Scooby by getting a cardboard cut-out of their hero.
