How to Unlock a VK Mobile VK530
- 1). Call your current cellular service provider and request the unlock code for your VK Mobile VK530. Generally, if you have an active account that is in good standing, your cellular service provider will give you the unlock code free of charge. It is also possible to purchase the unlock code from a company that sells unlock codes.
- 2). Remove the back cover from your VK Mobile VK530 and take the battery out of the phone. Under the battery compartment, you will find the SIM card. Remove the SIM card.
- 3). Reinsert the battery and replace the phone's back cover. Power on the VK Mobile VK530.
- 4). Type "*#83*737" using the keypad on your VK Mobile VK530.
- 5). Press and hold the "#" key until you see the personalization menu.
- 6). Select the "Disable Personalization" option.
- 7). Enter the unlock code you wrote down in Step 1 and press the "OK" button. Your phone is now unlocked and will work with any GSM cellular service provider's SIM card.
