How to Update Zen V Plus
- 1). Exit all open programs except for your Internet browser, and visit the Zen V Plus support site, which is listed in the Resources section below.
- 2). Click the download link next to the "Creative Zen V Plus Firmware" section, and click "Save" in the dialog box.
- 3). Insert the device cable into the bottom of the Zen V Plus, and insert the other end of the cable into your computer USB port. Wait the computer to detect the Zen V Plus, which is signified by a device connected alert message on your desktop task bar.
- 4). Locate the downloaded file, and double-click the "ZenVPlus_PCFW_L22_1_32_01.exe" file to launch the firmware installer program.
- 5). Click "Next" and click "Install" to install the firmware to the Zen V Plus, and click "Finish" when the update is complete.
- 6). Unplug the Zen V Plus from the device cable and drag and drop the downloaded firmware file to the Recycle Bin on the desktop to erase it.
