How to Play "Deal or No Deal" Rub Off Tickets
- 1). Buy a ticket. You can purchase them in many states from gas stations, drug stores and other places where lottery tickets are sold.
- 2). Prepare to scratch. You will need a flat surface and something hard with which to scratch the ticket. Your nails will work just fine for scratching, but a coin will work better.
- 3). Scratch off the "suitcase" symbols. There should be 24 of them. Scratch them all off to reveal either a dollar amount or a "no deal" symbol.
- 4). Remove prizes from the prize table. Once a dollar amount or prize shows up in a scratched-off suitcase, you need to scratch the corresponding spot on the prize table. This will eliminate that prize from your potential winnings. For "no deal" symbols, remove one every time one appears in a suitcase.
- 5). Determine your prize. When you have scratched off all the suitcases and eliminated the corresponding prizes, you will be left with one prize left on your prize table. If it is a dollar amount, you win that amount of money. If the last unscratched symbol is a "no deal" symbol, your ticket is not a winner.
