How should you exercise your abs to get good results.
It isn't hard, but it isn't as easy just to go to gym and do abs either.
There are two things to keep in mind if you want to get better abs.
First thing is the amount of repetitions.
When you are starting out exercising, then your aim is just to get 10 abs done.
When you can do 50 sit ups that is fine, but it is also time to change the exercise or get more resistance.
Your abs won't develop as fast as they could develop, just by doing hundreds of ab exercises.
You need to feel your abs working! For that you need to do hard exercises or use resistance in your training.
Ideal amount of repetitions in your sets is about 10-15 repetitions, when you really workout your abs this amount will be more than enough.
The other main thing is to concentrate on what you are doing.
There is no need to rush, and no reason for it either.
Do your exercises in a controlled manner to get the most out of them.
Doing the ab exercises in a correct controlled manner will shape your abs as well will save you from getting back pains.
When doing ab exercises, due the nature of them, you might feel other muscles working out as well.
This mainly isn't a problem, but it becomes a problem if you don't feel your abs to workout at all.
So make sure your ab muscles are the main players when exercising! There are many different good ab exercises to choose from to start out working your abs.
You need to choose 3 - 4 different and start exercising to get better abs!
