How to Adjust the Water Level on an Amana Washing Machine
- 1). Place your laundry inside the tub of the Amana washer. Once you have the laundry in the tub, you have a better idea of which load size to select.
- 2). Turn the load size or water level knob to the "Mini" or "Small" position if the Amana washer tub is between one-quarter to one-third full. The knob is clearly marked on the control console.
- 3). Rotate the knob to the "Medium " position if the wash tub is one-half full.
- 4). Position the knob to the "Large" or "Extra Large" position if the tub is three-quarters to completely full.
