Pain in the shoulder joint is extremely common and can keep people from even the most mundane tasks, such as type or even moving a spoon to eat.
Despite the threat it could pose, especially to an athlete, there are a ton of ways to make sure that it goes away quickly or that it affects you as little as possible.
