How to Make Ribbon Wands
- 1). Obtain enough dowels and screw eyes for each person attending your wedding, plus a few extras. Screw one screw eye to the top of each dowel.
- 2). Paint each dowel and screw eye with the sponge brush and craft paint. Allow them to dry upright, with the bottom of the dowels stuck into the foam sheet.
- 3). Cut lengths of ribbon for the wands, at least 15 inches with the ends cut diagonally. Tie a few ribbons to each screw eye with a knot.
- 4). Touch up any paint that came off on the bottom of the wands when you inserted them into the foam to dry. Allow them to dry again.
