Good foods are those foods that are not harmful to the human body and that need to be consumed for healthy living. They offer nutrients and vitamins required for the well and being functioning of the body. Individuals must always take caution upon choosing the type of foods to eat. Basically healthy living calls for eating a balanced diet meal. Many nutritionists list food samples that they consider as good and helpful to the body.
