• The Real Estate Investors Association of Washington--REIA for short--is a group of investors that focuses on educating and networking with real estate investors of all experience levels. Groups composed of novice and seasoned professionals meet the second Monday of each month from 6 to 9 p.m. at various locations in Bellevue, Wash. The club promotes ethics, integrity and professionalism and welcomes all who are interested to participate in meetings, events and take advantage of expert resources and networking.

• National Strategic Investment Corp. of Port Orchard, Wash., is an educational company that teaches what it calls "alternative economics." The corporation founded an investment club--National Strategic Investment Group--that boasts more than 67,000 members. NSI Group provides members with products, services, opportunities and resources through numerous investment clubs that make up the NSIG investment community. Northwest Real Investors Association

• Northwest Real Investors Association meets every third Thursday of the month at 6:30 p.m. at the Redmond Town Center Marriott in Redmond, Wash. You must be a member to attend meetings; there is a yearly membership cost of $129. A nearby social networking hour typically precedes the meeting where investors can mix and mingle to explore opportunities.
