- The first model of the Sharp Wizard PDA, one of the first PDAs ever sold, came out in 1988. The PDA was six inches tall, much larger than PDAs released since.
- The Sharp Wizard boasted many features including a calendar with schedule and to-do lists. Business and personal expenses could be tracked using the Sharp Wizard. An included calculator helps the user determine profit margins.
- The Sharp Wizard offered many benefits to its users. It came with a connector cable, which connected to a serial port on the user's PC allowing information from the PDA to be transferred between computers.
