Once the canvas has been stretched the canvas can be finished by using canvas tape on the back fo the frame which will hide the staples and leave the back of the canvas looking allot more professional to, along with hanging parts that can be either fixed to the back of the frame before the canvas printer send you the canvas or they more than likely will send them in a little packet with the canvas print so you can affix yourself.
