Anxiety really can suck the joy out of living and ruin even the good things in your life.
The sad thing is that much of it is unnecessary and even self induced.
Anxiety can be no more than a state of mind.
That's good news, it means it doesn't have to be this way.

Things don't always go as planned.
Sometimes you are learning as you go.
It's hard to keep up.
Although life around you may seem stressful, your reaction is totally up to you.
When I find anxiety raining on my parade, here's what I do.
Step Back: Look at the big picture.
In the grand scheme of things it's usually not so bad.
Don't Take It So Seriously: Sometimes you can laugh, or you can cry.
Laughing is a lot more fun.
Have a Good Cry and Move On: Sometimes laughing just isn't an option.
In that case, let it all out.
Rant.
Cry.
Talk to yourself.
Then take a deep breath and move on.
Let It Go: Sometimes I just have to think, I'm doing the best I can and that's the best I can do and let it go.
Put It In Perspective: Remember that most likely, none of this will matter in 100 years.
Life Has An Expiry Date: That sounds stressful! But it's a great reminder to make the best of it while you can.
When your time comes, I can almost guarantee that you will wish you hadn't wasted your time worrying.
