Flanked by the waters of the Atlantic Ocean and the North Sea, the United Kingdom is surrounded by over 9,000 miles of shoreline. Pebble and sand beaches abound, and rolling seas provide the backdrop for some of the U.K.'s most picturesque locations. Rugged coastal towns host elaborate boutique hotels and quaint, family-run inns, while castles and ancient fortresses litter the countryside. - The beaches of Cornwall are just steps from the Fowey Hotel.cornish sea image by Christopher Hall from Fotolia.com
The Fowey Hotel has welcomed guests to Cornwall's coast since 1883. The Fowey Leisure Centre offers an equipped gym area, squash and badminton courts, an outdoor pool and tanning beds. A variety of treatments is available at the Oasis Rooms including facials, body scrubs, hot stone and aromatherapy massages and waxes.
