This cannot be done with a Facebook group. Those who have experience in computer coding can use a variety of tools to create custom tabs and features on a Facebook page. Groups, in comparison, are relatively static. Pages can also take advantage of the host of additional applications available on Facebook, while Facebook groups cannot.
