How to Remove a Netzero Home Page When Starting Up the Internet
- 1). Change the NetZero homepage in Internet Explorer. Navigate to a web page that you would prefer to use as your home page such as Yahoo.com or Google.com. Click the arrow to the right of the "Home" button in the top-right corner of your browser. Select "Add or Change Home Page." Then select "Use this webpage as your only home page." Click "OK."
- 2). Change the NetZero homepage in Firefox. Navigate to a web page that you want to use as your homepage. Open Firefox and select the "Tools" menu. Click on "Options." Select the "General" tab. Hit "Use Current Page" under the Home Page field. Click "OK."
- 3). Change the NetZero homepage in Chrome. Select "Options" under the "wrench" menu icon. Hit the "Basics" tab. Select "Open this page" under "Home Page." Enter the web address that you want to be your home page in the corresponding field (e.g., http://www.yahoo.com). Hit "Close."
- 4). Change the NetZero homepage in Safari. Launch the Safari browser. Navigate to the page you would like to use as your homepage. Select the "Tools" menu and hit the "General" tab. Hit the "Set to Current Page" button under "Home page." Click the "Change Home Page" button in the confirmation window.
