Sailfish Cottage is in the heart of St Ives, just steps away from the Tate Gallery and many restaurants and pubs. It is a traditional fisherman's cottage, sympathetically renovated to 5* standard while still keeping the original features. Shell Cottage is situated close to St Ives' harbour. Two hundred years ago, the cottage was used to store goods taken by the revenue men from smugglers they had caught. Like many old cottages, it is spread over several floors accessed by narrow staircases. There are three bedrooms, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and a lounge. The back door opens straight out on to a pathway to the harbour and beach.

Sanderling Cottage is a grade 2 listed building close to the centre of Penzance, but in a quiet, residential square. It sleeps three in two bedrooms overlooking the square and has a well-equipped kitchen and a comfortable lounge/diner. The harbour is a 10-minute walk away.
