Nora and Bo even resorted to begging Greg to do the surgery when they realized they had no choice but to watch Matthew do what he wanted to do, but Greg still refused. While Nora, Bo and Matthew were on the plane, Rachel was able to get Greg to agree to at least be in on the surgery, but it was too late. What did happen was that Greg and Rachel finally gave into their attraction to each other and were getting hot and heavy when Destiny called to give them the great news that Shaun finally awoke from his coma.

Now that’s what I call timing. I really don’t care for Rachel and Greg together but I do feel that if Rachel really doesn’t have serious feelings for Shaun, she shouldn’t lead him on. He’ll be hurt but it’s better that he knows the truth. Right now he is concentrating on Rachel as the woman he loves and she shouldn’t let him go on with those thoughts.

Matthew’s storyline will obviously tie in with Tea’s, because later on when we saw Tea open her briefcase and call her child, we saw that she had the brochure for the same school in London that Matthew will be attending. So, we now know that Tea’s child is there and two worlds will once again collide. How soapy is that?

So, we move on to everyone’s least favorite girl, Stacy. Kim has her convinced that Gigi has the hots for Schuyler and Kim and Stacy show up at Rodi’s to annoy Schuyler and try to convince him to go for Gigi. Schuyler does have deep feelings for Gigi, but he’s smart enough to realize that Kim and Stacy are trying to get him to go after Gigi so that Stacy can have a clear path to Rex.

Even though he loves Gigi, Schuyler is not willing to go along with their little scheme because he really believes Gigi loves Rex and not him. He does think she might have been a bit jealous when he was out with Kim, but he’s not jumping into the battle. What was most annoying was that the whole time he was trying to get Kim and Stacy to leave him alone and quit their scheming, Stacy just kept staring at him with that stupid grin on her face, as if she was mocking him. I loved it when Schuyler looked Stacy in the eye and said, “Stacy, no matter what happens, Rex will never want you.” So true!

Rex and Gigi have a major confrontation because he does believe she is jealous that Schuyler went out with Kim and Gigi admits it. Wow, I guess it’s time for truth. Rex is very upset when Gigi admits that she does have feelings for Schuyler and doesn’t really understand them. I think she did a great job of explaining to Rex that Schuyler was 100% there for her when she and Rex broke up and he slept with Stacy. She said she needed Schuyler and won’t apologize for that. What I loved most was when Gigi finally came out and told the truth, telling Rex that she is still so angry with him for sleeping with Stacy and getting her pregnant and that no matter how hard she tries to deal with it, she just can’t get past the fact that her whole life will revolve around it. She feels that she will never be rid of Stacy. I loved the honestly and finally Gigi and Rex agreed that they love each other and want to work things out together. How bad will things get for Rex and Gigi before it comes out that Stacy is indeed pregnant, but Oliver is the daddy?

So, Jared is guilty of a lot of things, but how far does it go? He is released from the police station after questioning because they don’t have enough to hold him, but when he does get home, Natalie confronts and wants to continue their conversation that started at the station where he said he lied to her. After much prodding from Natalie, Jared is forced to admit that he did know Landers in prison and that he has been working with him all the way. Jess, Brody and Natalie are shocked to find out that Jared was involved in Jessica’s stalking. Natalie is hurt and devastated and just can’t believe that her whole relationship with Jared was a lie.

Brody is very worried about Jessica’s safety so he finally convinces her to pack up herself and Bree and move in with him for a while. When they open Jessica’s supposedly empty suitcase to pack, they find clothes belonging to Tess and Bess that Jessica had donated to charity. They call John to the house and Natalie has to tell him what Jared confessed to. She tells him that Jared was spilling the beans when he got two text messages and ran out of the house.

Jared never told Natalie where he was going, but the text message ordered him to go to the Buchanan lodge. Natalie gets a call from the security company saying that someone tripped the alarm at the lodge and they all figure that’s where Jared went. Yep, that’s where he went and when he arrives he finds someone there (who?) and says, “YOU?” A bit later, Natalie winds up at the lodge first and trips over a body. We don’t know what’s up yet, but Pamela (Asa’s former wife and Jared’s Aunt) is involved. Could it be her body that Natalie found?

The only good thing about this Natalie/Jared mess is that it very possibly could lead to a reunion for John and Natalie. I know some fans don’t want this at all, but there are still lots and lots of us out there who never thought it could happen again and are very happy at the prospect. I never saw any great chemistry between Jared and Natalie and although John and Marty have been closer lately, I don’t see them as soul mates either. Even Marty can see the connection that still remains between John and Natalie. Who knows what will happen? How guilty is Jared? Who else is involved?

As always, I get a good chuckle from watching Viki now that she is in the mayoral race with Dorian. Viki’s accepting reaction to Dorian’s newfound gayness is hysterical. Viki refuses to let Dorian get a rise out of her and only wishes Dorian happiness in her upcoming marriage to Amelia. I can’t wait for this election to heat up. It’s going to give me a couple of laughs during an otherwise obnoxious set of storylines. I’m sure it won’t be all laughs because you can bet that if Dorian sees she has even a chance of losing, she will do something dirty and hurtful to Viki and then I won’t think she’s so funny any more.
