You Can Have A Perfect Travel Experience

Experiencing your perfect holiday actually begins with exploring what kind of person you are, what you like and dislike, can stand and is horribly irritating. Of course if you are traveling in a group you have to come to a happy medium with what you are looking for.

How Much Do You Need to Schedule to feel Secure?

Are You a Meticulous Planner?

Do you live life according to your day planner? If so then not knowing where you're going to stop over for a night may be incredibly anxiety-inducing. Luckily the internet is a planner's best friend. You can review information from distance and driving time, to museum hours and price, to perusing travelers' reviews of sites and attractions.

Or do You Prefer to Take What Comes?

These people are more laid back, possibly adventurists, possibly seekers but each day is a new adventure and will bring its own new experiences. Especially in a foreign country things can seem pretty different, however most countries are safe and friendly enough to travel without an agenda. There is always a new festival or celebration and always someone to point out where to stay.

The Middle Road

Most people prefer at least a rough plan, like what cities you will be in on what days, but not where you will eat, sleep or what you are going to do. Unless, that is, you are going to Oktoberfest or Carnival, then you definitely know what you are going to do, and hopefully already have reservations.

There are many ways to see multiple site and cities with a good amount of freedom. A good rail pass and train schedule in a place with reliable trains or other public transportation can let you see the countryside and still make your destination on time. Or try traveling by renting a camper van which can allow for scenic drives on your schedule and lets you get up close to the out-of-the-way places and wildlife.

In Conclusion...

Of course there are more personality quirks to consider but you get the general idea. Are you looking to experience a theme, perhaps a wine and vineyard holiday or seeking out Roman ruins and culture? Do you like experiences and memories or gifts and photographs?

There are an infinite amount of holidays to plan and places to go, so start with you and add just enough surprises to make it a new, exciting and memorable experience.
