The birth of a child is such a beautiful thing. Now I am not talking about the pain, but the fact that a women can carry another person for nine months and give birth to that bundle of joy is so amazing. But, one thing we don't always think about is the after fact. The after fact of what your body will look like after having that bundle of joy. How to lose weight after baby is a question that I had after the birth of my fourth baby.

Breastfeeding is one great way to lose weight after the baby is born. I gained 45 pounds in this last pregnancy and when I started to breastfed my son, I lost all but the last 15-20 pounds but I am only 6 weeks post postpartum out too since having him. Breastfeeding helps the uterus to contract and it helps it to return to its pre pregnancy size quicker than if you were not breastfeeding. Finding ways on how to lose the weight after baby is easier than we think. It just takes a little effort and will power to do and you want must want to lose the weight to stay motivated.

How to lose weight after baby; Stroll

Take a stroll with your baby. If its nice outside, take your baby for walks in the stroller. Walking alone can help you shed those pregnancy pounds off quickly by burning calories. You do need to continue to eat healthy while losing those last few pounds as well. Eating a healthy diet will allow you to lose the weight nd maintain the calories you need for breastfeeding and keeping your milk production up.

This program is based on drinking shakes each day and losing weight, and get this...it is safe for breastfeeding and you lose the weight even if you don't work out!
