How to Make Tuna, Bacon and Mushroom Spaghetti

- 1). Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium heat. Chop bacon into small pieces and add to oil. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add garlic to oil, and cook for an additional 1 minute.
- 2). Add mushrooms to pan and cook mixture for another 2 minutes, constantly stirring. Add ¾ cup of water and pepper to pan and stir again.
- 3). Simmer liquid for no less than 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Meanwhile, bring remaining water to boil in saucepan and cook spaghetti at least 6 minutes. Drain spaghetti into strainer.
- 4). Add canned tuna to the bacon-mushroom sauce and stir in, breaking up any large pieces of tuna. Place spaghetti in a large serving bowl and cover with sauce. Toss gently. Sprinkle parmesan cheese over pasta. Serve warm.
