I have had my Hamilton Beach  Toastation Toaster Oven for over a year now and I just love it. For me this is a great energy saver and space saver. I live in an apartment and need all the counter space that I can get.  Plus for me I don't want to turn the oven on for just a single portion of food.  It is the perfect size for me in my small kitchen.

The toaster oven  is a great 2-in 1 appliance.  As a toaster it has an opening of 1-1/2-inch wide slot that fits  two halves of a bagel, two frozen waffles or two slices of bread. I simply drop my bagel or item to be toasted in the slot, adjust knob to the shade that I want toasted. Then push down the side lever. There is a convenient "cancel" button will stop toasting if I want it to stop.  I can easily switch from toaster to oven by sliding the lever on the front of the toaster oven.

This toaster oven does provides a knob to control the temperature just like a regular oven. I do not like turning on my large oven just to toast my garlic french bread or other small items.

It also saves energy and who is not concerned about energy these days.

The spacious oven holds chicken nuggets, a small single size pizza, french fries and I like to toast french bread cut in half for those great sub sandwiches.

I have warmed up chicken in the oven while toasting my bread in the toaster part.

There is an automatic shut off for safety, and a removable crumb tray.  What I use  for quick cleanup is to line the crumb tray with aluminum  foil  and just throw it away when needed.
