- 1). Peel the 2 mangoes with the fruit peeler. Place the mangoes onto the cutting board and slice them into chunky cubes. Be sure to remove all seeds from the mango chunks.
- 2). Pour the chunks of mango into the blender, and add all of the juices, minus the club soda, to the mix. Blend all the ingredients together until the mango frappe is creamy.
- 3). Add the ice cubes and club soda to the mix, and blend. Pour the ingredients into the glasses, and serve chilled. This recipe makes about 2 ½ servings.
