Morning Exercise - 3 Reasons to Be Good

3 Good Reasons to start your morning with a workout Often the people who have the most success with a workout and exercise program are the same people who immediately workout when they get up in the morning.
Here are three good reasons to rise and sweat! The excuse factor.
Legitimate or not the longer we wait to work out in the morning the more likely excuses for not working out will develop.
See if you have ever found yourself using any of these excuses.
I know I have.
1.
)I'll work out right after I finish...
a.
) taking the kids to..
b.
) after I watch this show c.
)when I get back from the store The problem with these types of excuses is that there will always be one more thing that will come up.
If working out is your first priority in the morning you can leave this excuse behind.
The habit factor.
If you are dedicated enough to get up and workout first thing in the morning it will become a habit.
We spend so much of our life trying to break bad habits that we forget, good habits are hard to break as well.
Try the morning workout routine for three weeks and you might just find yourself "addicted" to this positive behavior.
The domino factor.
I call this the domino factor because a first thing in the morning workout tends to have a ripple effect.
You will find it much easier to pass on that morning donut because you don't want to waste the effort you have already expended.
You will be more likely to have that healthy lunch because your body will be craving nutrition.
You are more likely to drink the proper amount of water because your body wants to replenish.
Get up, exercise, enjoy the benefits all day long.
Try not to be too smug about it when you brag to your friends.
