InternalHemorrhoid Treatment - Give Your Bottom a Break
Internal Hemorrhoid Treatments, I'm not going to bore you with an explanation of what causes hemorrhoids, the different technical terms applied to them, or show you some really attractive diagrams of bottoms.
I will give you some pointers on the various internal hemorrhoid treatments available, and a bit of a heads up on them.
(Well bottoms up actually to keep on theme.
) 1.
Creams And Ointments.
These are the most commonly used, and can provide quick instant relief, stopping the internal hemorrhoid from flaring up even further.
Good in the short term actually, but they do nothing to prevent further problems and recurrences.
2.
Suppositories.
Also very popular but as you can imagine not the most pleasant to deal with.
They have an overall lubricating effect and again, for some, they can provide much needed temporary relief.
3.
Pills and Internal Medication.
You can take medication that will regulate your blood pressure.
This is used to tighten the vein itself which can prevent a more serious flare up.
Much approved by the Pharmaceutical companies, I wonder why? As with all medication, there can be side effects, and you are once again treating the symptom and not the cause.
4.
Surgical Procedures and Cryotherapy.
I have tried neither of these.
Cryotherapy involves freezing the hemorrhoid, and surgery involves removal.
As you can imagine there are risks with both, and from my research neither can be truly said to eradicate hemorrhoids from your life.
If these options are considered, it should really only be when you believe that you have exhausted all other avenues, and not just tried a couple for quick and instant gratification.
You are what you eat, and what goes into your body in the form of food, water and nutrition determines not only what comes out of your body, but also how your body performs and reacts to everyday life.
Internal Hemorrhoids are no different and they are often a reaction to how you are living and eating, (isn't everything, so that 's nothing new).
We all seem to be so brainwashed into believing that the only way to treat our bodies when they are suffering, is by buying a lotion, potion, or drug.
Thousands upon thousands have treated their internal hemorrhoids naturally, by making simple changes and small additions to their usual habits.
(The drug companies don't advertise these simple effective cures though, because if you have a pile free bottom you just might not keep buying their products!) So my top tip to you is to get off your bottom and start to research long term cures, and treatments that will, in the long term, lead you to a hemorrhoid free life and a healthier mind and body all round.
