How to Assemble a Trombone
- 1). Open the trombone case carefully. Remove the slide assembly from the case and place on a flat surface. Remove the bell from the case.
- 2). Pick up the slide assembly and insert it into the bell at a 90 degree angle. Tighten the slide receiver nut to secure the two sections.
- 3). Carefully place the mouthpiece into the receiver and gently twist.
