How to Make Brown Sugar Crystals
- 1). Substitute the necessary amount of brown sugar crystals with white granulated sugar crystals. Measure out the white sugar and add it to a large mixing bowl.
- 2). Measure 1 tbsp. of molasses for each cup of white sugar and add it to the bowl. Combine the molasses and the white sugar using a fork.
- 3). Add the sugar and molasses mixture to your recipe once combined.
