The Simple Truths of Appreciation
I spend a lot of time looking at YouTube videos as I know many other's do, from music to film clips from 'how to's' too 'how not to's' and I came across a really inspiring little video.
It last just a little over 3 minutes it's called 'The Simple Truths of Appreciation'.
It's simple message of thanks is something we 'I feel' all mis-appreciate.
Everyone know of the power of the three little words 'I love you' but what about the influence, supremacy and all-round-loveliness' of the two little words 'Thank You' I personally believe they are as powerful if not more so, as they can so easily affect and impact far more lives, just by letting someone know your happy with their efforts, what they've done for you and how much you genuinely appreciate it.
It's basically about a guy who has been asked to recall someone from his past who he fells has had a profound, insightful impact that has had affect on his life.
He chose his eight grade literature teacher.
He planned to track here down and thank her.
He wrote to his teacher, she received his letter and she replied.

I was moved to tears.
"You will never know how much your letter meant to me.
I am 83 years old and I'm living all alone in one room My friends are all gone.
My family is gone.
I taught for 50years and yours is the first thank you letter I have gotten from a student.
Sometimes I wonder what I did with my life.
I will read and re-read your letter until the day I die.

Two little words spoken with integrity, honesty and sincerity can make a difference and all it takes is a simple "Thank You.
