IPCPR Annual Meeting
Joe began by welcoming everyone to the IPCPR's 78th Annual Convention and Trade Show, and promised a "surprise" at the conclusion of the annual meeting, which you can see in a video linked from the next image in this gallery. Shortly after Joe's opening remarks, he introduced Gary Pesh, President of the IPCPR, who addressed the audience and presided over the annual meeting. In addition, there was a question and answer period, and a number of 2010 Step-up awards were announced.
