Got Man Boobs? What Can You Do?

Manboobs are a common occurrence and effect about 1/3 males in america so dont worry your not the only one. Unless you want to go through surgery, which will cost a lot and will be money down the drain if you just go through the surgery and don't change your habits.

Many men go through the male breast reduction surgery and guess what after a couple of months they are back under the knife. I'm not saying surgery is a waste of time it has worked for many people but it is not a miracle cure, once going through the surgery you need to maintain the results. This will take a shift in your attitude and behaviour, You will need to start eating correctly and exercising properly.

If you have manboobs and were to begin to cut out certain foods, begin a basic exercise programme and stick to it by staying motivated and interested you will get long lasting results. When you go through the reduction surgery you have to heal, the healing process takes at least a few months and to maintain the results you will have to implement a better diet and some exercise into your life anyway.

So when you add it up if you just get the right advice. Make a plan consisting of the right diet and specialised exercise programme and you will get the results you desire in a little longer than the time it would take you to heal from the surgery not to mention time and effort spent booking, consulting and waiting for your surgery date.

I know what your thinking now 'sh*t... EXERCISE' but this is it and its daunting at first but once you start you will realise the benefits are not just skin deep, you feel so much better when you look after yourself.

So to Review - to get rid of your manboobs and keep them off there are a few things that you will have to do weather you go through surgery or not

* Start eating the right things and stop eating the wrong things

* Start a basic exercise programme - its not hard and takes mins

* Shift your mentality, visualise your goal and stay motivated

It will take work and there is no quick fix but anything worth having is worth working for then you appreciate it. That's why a lot of people who have surgery end up having it again because they don't work to get the results, they don't appreciate the results and end up right back at square 1 $3000 worse off. Change your attitude, change your behaviour its the only way to get real, long term, results and keep them.
