The arrival of the baby is welcomed with joy.
However, being a mother, a woman has to go through a lot before and after the pregnancy.
If you are pregnant you may not notice that you are behaving like a totally different person.
You may become annoyed at times; and uncomfortable most of the times.
Despite all this, you must know that your comfort level is something that holds a lot of importance for you as well as for the upcoming baby.
Generally, the first thing ladies think about is the maternity wear.
Comfortable maternity clothing will not only provide you with ease but stylish ones will also make you look attractive even when you are pregnant.
Proper sleep is needed for healthy growth, and when you are growing a baby inside you, there is an even more need of sleeping properly.
However, during pregnancy most women complain about getting little or no sleep; the reason being discomfort.
Following are a few measures that will help you to get proper sleep during this phase.
•First of all keep comfortable attire.
Your PJ's should be comfortable enough for you when you go through hot and cold flashes (like most women do).
Very tight clothing will not help out as this will hinder the proper blood circulation and can cause danger to you as well as the baby.
•If you are wondering about the sleeping habits, you would stay confused all along your pregnancy.
There are no proper timings when you will feel sleepy during pregnancy.
What you can do is take little naps whenever you get a chance.
Even short naps of 20-30 minutes would do.
Sleeping during the day for short intervals will lessen your fatigue and make you even more relaxed at night.
•When nearing the third trimester, you might need a belly pillow to comfort your spine as well as the belly.
The pillow needs to be at least five feet long to support the belly.
•Your diet and exercise is important beginning with the first day of being pregnant.

Select a good mattress that is soft and comfy.
Never ever go for waterbeds during pregnancy.
Use soft covers that will enable you to breathe well and also make you feel comfortable during your hot and cold flashes.
In the end, all you have to do is relax.
Read a book, meditate, take a hot bath, drink warm milk or listen to soft music before you go to sleep.
