Pamela Ann Fahy
Pamela Ann Fahy, 43, of Hokah, Minnesota, was arrested and charged with criminal sexual conduct after she was allegedly caught running partially naked out of a 13-year-old boy's bedroom.
Fahy resigned a few days after the incident from the La Crescent-Hokah School District, where she had worked as a paraprofessional for six years. She also had two foster children removed from her home.
According to court records, the father of the boy had just returned home when he saw Fahy running from his son's bedroom naked from the waist down.
The boy and Fahy allegedly admitted to the father and investigators that they had been having sex together for months.
On September 4, 2013, Fahy was charged with third-degree criminal sexual conduct and she is now facing a possible 15 years prison sentence and $30,000 in fines if found guilty.
