  4. Quit smoking.
    Men that smoke are vulnerable to antioxidant depletion.
    Antioxidant such as beta carotene, vitamin E and vitamin C are very important to increase your sperm count.
    They can protect your sperm from oxidation and they can increase the concentration and motility of the sperm.
    Therefore, it would be most important to stop smoking.
  5. Exercise.
    A light and regular exercise is a great way to reduce stress level of your body.
    But you have to be careful not to have too much exercise, especially exercise that can give a heavy impact to your testicles such as a bicycle race.
    Avoid wearing a tight underwear while doing exercise.
