Pizza Siciliana

This Pizza Siciliana was made by a pizzeria in a square off the main drag in Alba (Piemonte): the explanation on the menu mentioned tomatoes, anchovies, capers, and salamino piccante (pepperoni in the English-speaking world), and it sounded nice. So I ordered it and sipped my beer while I waited for it to arrive

I wasn't expecting it to be cheese-free. But it was, and the salamino packed a powerful punch that went very well with my beer.
