What Is Really the Truth?
There are so many different versions of the Truth and what's True for you today, might not be True for you tomorrow.
What's true for you, may not be true for me and what's true for me may not be true for another person.
The key is to not make yourself wrong for what is true for you and to be aware of which Truth you are choosing in the moment.
A) There's the truth you buy into or believe because someone else has told you it is so...
whether it makes you feel good or bad.
B) There is the truth that makes you feel still and comfortable.
It's a place where you can breathe and rest.
C) And then there is another sort of truth.
This is Truth that when you accept it and hold onto it (not with a death grip), you can put on your wings and fly...
not the sort of flying you do when you are escaping a situation that you don't like or is unsafe...
this sort of flying is how you imagine you would feel if you were a bird flying high above the earth...
flapping your wings and catching streams of wind that carry forward with a sense of freedom and liberation.
Which truth should you choose to accept? It depends on what your priorities are.
Is your priority to be validated or invalidated by the world around you? If so, then choose option A...
but remember, with this choice you are always a slave to outside circumstances.
Is safety and rest your priority at the moment? Cool, then choose option B.
But remember this: we all need time and space to rest, breathe, and catch up with ourselves.
And while still waters can run deep, at some point stillness can turn into stagnation.
Just be aware.
Are growth and new experiences your priority? Then option C is your choice.
This is the Truth that's aligned with your Soul.
Enjoy the ride and don't forget that although you may be charting your course, sometimes the wind shifts directions and takes you on a whole new adventure.
The bottom line is there is always going to be more than one version of the truth.
The key is for you to make the choice of what's true for you based on what works for you or not.
I teach my clients and students to keep what works and get rid of what doesn't.
I suggest you do the same and see if that works for you.
I wonder which truth you will choose so you can Be Happy Now.
