It was not only the fact that I didn't lose any weight, but also that all of the diets were too restrictive for me and I knew that all I would be eating was boring foods like that for the rest of my life.
What happened was; I would follow a diet for a few weeks, successfully lose a little weight, then get bored of the restrictions and return to my normal diet and regain my weight. Just as many people have experienced with different diet plans; I was getting nowhere.
I realized that I was bored with dieting and that I did not want to return back to them. It is not worth spending time on something that will only work for the short term. Therefore, this time I tried the natural approach.
