Named after its location on South Hammonds Road, the restaurant is family-owned and operated and opened in 1996. In addition to its on-site deli and dining room, the restaurant is a local caterer, delivering food primarily to area businesses for meetings, office meals and parties.
The menu features a variety of sandwiches and salads, including the restaurant's 700 Club. This specialty sandwich consists of roast turkey, Virginia baked ham, Muenster cheese, lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise on three pieces of rye bread. Vegetarian dishes are available.
