- 1). Preheat your oven to 425 F.
- 2). Combine 3/4 cup dry unseasoned bread crumbs, 1 tablespoon of chili powder, 1 1/2 teaspoons of garlic salt, 1/4 teaspoon of onion powder, 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper in a large resealable plastic bag.
- 3). Add the chicken wings to the bag a few at a time, and shake the bag up to coat them well with the spices and bread crumbs.
- 4). Arrange the wings in a shallow baking pan covered with a piece of aluminum foil. Bake chicken wings for 30 minutes or until cooked.
- 5). Serve while hot with sides of blue cheese and celery or carrots.
