Ideas for a Child's Funny Halloween Costume
- A fried egg costume can be a funny and quirky choice for a child's costume. To make it you will need to cut a large piece of thick white foam into the shape of a fried egg white. Paint a large plastic mixing bowl bright yellow and glue it onto the foam to mimic the yolk. To attach the egg, affix some thick ribbon or elastic to the back of the costume so that the ribbon or elastic can be tied diagonally.
- Dressing a child up as a bug or butterfly can be a cute and funny idea. There are different ways you could go with a bug costume. Start simple by fitting costume antennae and big eyes to a beanie hat. Make a split cape for bug wings. This costume is light, too, so that even small children can wear it.
