The Ticking Time Bomb Called Hypertension!
Due to a large number of requests for more information on this topic, I have done a considerable amount of research on this growing problem, and I mean that in two ways.
1.
There is a direct link between obesity and hypertension which, is very well documented especially among the Afro American population.
This seems to be in proportion to a high fat intake diet like lots of fried foods and saturated fat intake.
2.
As more and more of the western worlds population become obese, then the numbers suffering from high blood pressure or, to give it the medical term most often associated with this condition--hypertension increase alarmingly! As the very name suggests the body is in a tense state with very serious life threatening consequences.
In the simplistic analysis your heart is working overtime trying to force too much blood through narrowed arteries, clogged with fatty deposits.
The modern diets in our hectic lives tend to be high in fats sugars and salt which, is fine in moderation, but as the huge numbers of obesity statistics clearly show, we have become over reliant on food high in these additives.
This can be likened to you getting in your car in first gear and trying to drive it at full throttle.
In no time flat you have burnt out the engine! With hypertension you are at the same risk because, your body's engine is your heart which, is working at full throttle trying to get the necessary blood and nutrients to essential areas of your body.
The only way for your body to get rid of all this extra blood flow is via your kidneys.
These excrete salt and water as the excess blood from your over active heart force the kidneys to work overtime too.
You can well imagine why if you suffer from high blood pressure, your body feels sick.
Your whole body is either deprived of essential nutrients or,organs like the heart and kidneys are working way over capacity.
It is clear that we all need to get our blood pressure checked regularly and, there may well be millions of people blissfully unaware that this silent killer is affecting them.
This is often the case with those who claim never to have an illness in their lives or, it is years since their last check up.
On the evidence I have seen you should all have your blood pressure checked out regularly, so hypertension can be detected.
Early symptoms are much easier to treat! Once detected you then have a choice of drugs for the rest of your life and the resultant costs or, a natural cure which has recently come onto the scene.
The choice is yours to take but, as a footnote, do you know what side effects your prescription drugs are having on your body right now? I do hope you have found this information interesting and helpful.
I am pleased to help and wish you perfect health! Written by Eric Breeze
