How to Gain Muscle - Fast-Working Exercises

Gaining muscle quickly requires that you get the utmost out of every exercise you do.
To accomplish that, you need to know how to optimize each work out.
There are four things required to do this.
Let me explain them to you.
Its really isn't hard.
It's only four things.
1.
Work out each body part only once a week.
Keep each work out to between 30 and 45 minutes long.
The purpose of this is to ensure you really stress the muscles and then give them plenty of time to grow before you stress them again.
2.
Do only basic compound exercises.
Make sure you rest two to three minutes between sets.
It's the best way to avoid over-training.
3.
Exercise only two body parts each work out.
Plan on doing four sets per body part.
Perform between six and eight repetitions per set.
4.
Overload your muscles at each session.
Push them to the point of failure.
As an example - The first week you bench press 200 pounds for eight repetitions.
The second week, add ten pounds.
Bench press 210 pounds and try to do it for eight repetitions.
If you can only achieve repetitions, try for eight the third week.
Doing this ensures you keep increasing the amount of stress you are subjecting your muscles to and that is the secret to gaining strength and muscle.
Keep demanding more from your body.
See? Only four things to remember, but they are each very important is you want to gain muscle as quickly as possible.
