It is the divine inspiration that is planted in you by God.

You are not an accident of history neither are you an accident of creation, you are a purposeful being.
You are created on purpose and for purpose.
Your dreams will preserve you from decay in the time of difficulties; it will become your inspiration.

Joseph a young son of Jacob had a vision of becoming a worldwide ruler with great influence and authority, his brothers detest him and hate his gut, he was sold to slavery, while in a strange land, he became a victim of sadistic plot of a lustful wife of photipar who made sure he was imprisoned for an offence he did not commit, despite all these injustice and hardship, Joseph did not give up on his purpose for living and God did not give up on him.
Some guidelines Do not give up on, it follow through with it, perspire if need be but do not retire, history belongs to winners who refuse to quit.
Believe it even if others do not believe it with you.
