Depression - The Number One Secret to Beating it - Naturally!

Is it really possible to beat depression? Many people face this question everyday.
And for most, it is an impossible battle they feel they may never win.
And it is easy to feel this way with the misconception we are fed by society, the media, doctors etc.
We lose our power by following these misconceptions and giving into the problem.
But hopefully this simple step can help you to take back control of your own life and beat 'The Black Dog'.
There are many outside problems that cause depression.
I have spent a good part of my life being depressed.
You could say that I was dealt a bad deck of cards.
So all of these things that happened in my life have had a negative affect on myself, causing me to feel pain, misery and like my life was going nowhere.
And when you feel depressed, you feel anxious.
Most depression now days is due to financial burdens.
Not everyone is blessed with a good financial situation, and with today's upbeat consumer driven world, it is very easy for us to get lost in our emotions...
especially the ones that are no good for you.
All of this elevated stress can make the depression seem worse and worse until finally it spins out of control.
And this in turn zaps our energy.
With no energy, things will get even worse, only multiplying the original problem.
And what do the doctors suggest we do with this depression? Take drugs.
Take anxiety medication.
The problem is when we take these drugs, subconsciously we lose our power.
And when we do this, we give into depression and it takes control of our lives.
Till this day, depression medication has not been proven to fix the problem, and in most cases, it only makes it worse.
So how do we fix this? And how do we do it naturally? Simple...
well sorta.
Now these are very simple guidelines I will present to you, but please put them into practice, as it is what turned my life around, and when you actually analyze the process, you will see that it is the only path you must take.
Beating depression involves: The first step is taking responsibility.
I will say again that I have been dealt a bad deck in this life, but I have two options...
let it crush me, or move on.
If I let it crush me, I will never move on.
But if I focus on the life I want and put it into action, things will start to happen for me.
The next step is remembering who you are.
It has been proven that no one is born with depression.
It is something that is accumulated during life's journey, and comes through bad events.
So it is important to remember who you are, and the person you were before feeling depressed.
Think of the decision you made to start feeling depressed.
Once you have covered these two steps, and are feeling like making a change, start to change things that will push you towards the new you.
Start with things like changing your diet, finding a higher paying job, starting exercise, putting yourself in social situations with happy, like minded people.
You will find the exercise very important as after just 2 short weeks of constant cardiovascular exercise, you will feel great and hooked on the new path you are taking.
And after all of this, you must remember that depression medication does not cure the problem.
It has been proven not too.
But it is the way we perceive the problem as being the only cure.
If you are serious about beating depression, take control of your life.
Find a support group of family or some good friends, and start making changes in your life, because no one else can for you.
