Are you tired of looking for good, radio standard beats? Don't have time to go to the studio and meet with a producer? Why not find the beats online? There are great sites where you can download rap instrumentals easily.
However, there are a couple of things you should look out for.

Make sure the track is royalty free if you plan on using the beat to distribute for profit.
If you are just using it for promotional reasons, then you should be fine...
and it will also be cheaper.
Just make sure you know this upfront.
2.
Make sure no one else is using the beat.
Again, if you are just doing this for promotional purposes, there is nothing you can do if someone has the same beat as you.
But if you paid for the track to be exclusive, you need to make sure the producer does not give the same beat to another artist.
It would be horrible if you created a song, and then heard the same beat at a show from another artist.

When you download rap instrumentals, make sure the track is mixed down.
You don't want to purchase a track that is not good quality, then you will be stuck with it unless the producer agrees to mix it too.
Finding great sounding beats can be a hard task, but not if you have a great resource that is reliable.
Before deciding on a particular track, do some research.
Let your friends hear the beat and see if they like it.
Write to it to get a feel of it.
Then once you got it, let the world hear it!
