How to Make Ambrosia Salad

    • 1). Drain the cans of pineapple and mandarin oranges until juice is completely drained.

    • 2). Pour drained pineapple and mandarin oranges into a bowl. Mix pecans, coconut and mini marshmallows and stir in sour cream until mixed well.

    • 3). Place in refrigerator and let chill for 2 hours.
